An Industrial Engineer by trade and a instructor by heart (with a passion for computers and technology), I have been teaching and advising thousands of real estate agents for over a decade in Miami, where I reside.

 

I started my Real Estate teachings back in 2003, when we (Realtors) transitioned from Stellar View to MLX Change.

 

Later on, the challenges posted by the Real Estate crash, made me realize that old school marketing was not enough to succeed and new innovative - out of the box - techniques needed to be adopted to thrive.

 

Our times have changed once again. Now, we find ourselves in a better Real Estate market; with savvier consumers and much more technology available to both us Realtors and our potential customers.

 

Having worked and trained thousands of Real Estate Agents I can assure you the use of Social Media and proficiency in the tools needed to conduct Real Estate business are no longer an option but a necessity.

 

I have been teaching different tools like IMAPP, Fusion MLS, Form Simplicity, Realist  and more recently MLS Matrix and RPR to thousands of successful Real Estate agents, helping them find sources of new business as well as efficient ways to exploit them.

 

I am Florida Realtors   Faculty member as well as a Certified RPR trainer for the National Association of Realtors   .
