Let's face it; most of us do not like math, statistics or anything in that neighborhood. Using some statistical information, could open the doors to new business in the form of listings though. Here is how: The average homeowner moves to another property around year 15* (this is the statistical part). Now the only thing we need to do is to get the addresses of people that have been living in their homes for at least 15 years.
