MLS Matrix Top 10 Features You Must Know!

Last weeks MLS Matrix roll-out took many Real Estate agents by surprise when they tried to add or modify their listings on the MLS via MLXChange or Fusion and couldn't. MLS Matrix however, has been available for approximately a year for all other uses but add/edit listings. Indeed, it is a wonderful platform with many improvements from previous systems. In my humble opinion, these are the Top 10 Features You Must Know: 10.- Runs on all devices that connect to the internet via a browser (i.e. Macs, PCs, Tablets, iPads, Smartphones, etc.) 9.- Can be used in more that one device simultaneously (i.e. Your PC in your Home Office and your tablet in the Living Room) 8.- The agent full view includes pictures. Finally, we can see images in the same page as all the listings details! 7.- Speaking of details, there is no "Details" page. Now we just need to change the way we view the Results from Grid format to Agent Full format. There is a drop down menu to do that. 6.- Super fast response time. We can get results for our searches in literally fractions of a second. 5.- There is no App needed to use Matrix on mobile devices. That said, see the next. 4.- To access on mobile devices, open a browser to access the internet and type sef.mlsmatrix.com (Add it to bookmarks for ease of access!). 3.- The Home page can be customized, like in Fusion MLS however the process is much easier. 2.- The "Market Watch" menu on the Home page. Amazing tool! 1.- Property owners name a lot dimension can be viewed directly from the map. 0.- I know I said Top 10 but nobody said I had to stop at one! To finish this list, RE1 and RE2 have been combined under one category for searches. They can be separated if wanted.
