Although we work hard to get business in our farm area, sometimes happens that we land a client looking for property outside of it or in places we are completely unfamiliar with. Well, thanks to GPSs and other devices we shouldn't have difficulty getting around. Now, there is a very useful tool within Fusion MLS that helps us generate a route to the listings we'll be showing. The report includes specific driving directions, estimated time and total millage which is great way to keep a log of driven miles to be deducted in our income tax preparation.
