Everyone has a price. Don't get me wrong! I am referring to homeowners in general.

In this market circumstances, sometimes we have the buyer but there is very little inventory. Moreover, there are cases in which buyers just want to live in a particular community or building and there are no available listings that fulfills their needs. So here's a thought, why not ask owners who do not have their properties listed if they would consider selling? Yes, what's stopping us from approaching people in the community or building where our customer has set his/her hopes in buying and ask them if they would entertain selling? As I said, everyone has a price and if we happen to ask in the right way, we might find ourselves with a deal in hand. This might even open the door for us to earn listings! Here's is a short video on how to get mailing addresses for a neighborhood or building.
