With such an influx of foreign buyers coming to South East Florida (over 50% according to the latest numbers), chances are at some point in time we'll have a customer from abroad. Given the limited amount of time we have to meet with them, conduct searches and schedule showings; having a tool that allows us to show a property's floor plan, it's location within the building (in case of condos) and other relevant information with a couple of mouse clicks is key.
