Going Paperless for Good!

With some many different parties involved in a real estate transaction, going paperless sounds like the way to go and sometimes more like wishful thinking. Considering that every time there is a change in any document, all parties involved need to re-sign makes the process even more difficult. That was then.... Now we - Realtors with access to a program called Form Simplicity - have a new feature called "Sharing and Negotiating". This tool allows the creator of the documents to share them with anybody he or she considers pertinent. These individuals get a link via email that allows them to view the documents and make "comments" (not changes) to them. Once everyone is in agreement to all the terms, the creator of the documents makes the changes and sends them for digital signature (a paid service). The tool is really easy to use and makes the entire process a breeze - negotiation process set aside!
