If you had to guess how much time do you spend conducting searches while using the MLS, what would your answer be? If I had to guess for me, I would say is about upwards from 80%. So why is it that if we spend that much time searching we do not take the time to configure our MLS to work more efficiently in the tasks we do the most?.
