How many time have you scheduled an appointment to show a property via "Showing Assist" or "Showing Time", selected day and time and the listing agent doesn't show up? Of course, you call the agent and they will tell you they never agreed to show the property that day. You'd be surprised how many people are not sure on how to use this very helpful tool.
