Search for Properties Statewide! (Part 2)

As explained in last week's Newsletter, now we know we can search for properties throughout the entire state of Florida via MLS Advantage (If you missed last week's issue click HERE to get up to speed). Now let's take a look at how to complete the picture using Imapp. Searching for active properties is one thing; knowing if they are priced according to our market situation is another. This is where Imapp comes in handy as it gives us the ability to run comps statewide, pulling information directly from the tax roll of the county where the subject is located. Additionally, we can get demographic information and much, much more! Let's take a look how it's done.
