Do You Have a Realtor's Tool Belt?

Would you hire a carpenter that shows up at your house with only a screwdriver in his tool belt? Would you go to a doctor whose only instrument is a stethoscope? Probably not! Well here's a thought, we Realtors help individuals and families in one of the most (if not the single most) important financial decisions they will take in their life - the purchase or sale of their HOME. Knowing how to use your MLS (i.e MLXChange, Fusion MLS or Matrix) is not enough. It is our duty to be knowledgeable an proficient in many tools to better assist our customers. After all they will be our best source of new business! All that said, here are my favorite tools on my tool belt.
