Wrapping Up the Year!

As the year comes to an end and we get ready to celebrate the holidays, it is also important to recognize our accomplishments both personal and professional. Being a Realtor requires a lot of discipline, self motivation and drive among many other qualities; and by being our own "boss" we might forget to take a moment and congratulate ourselves for doing such a great job! This time of the year is also a great occasion to reconnect with past clients, to wish them well. Remember that previous customers are our best source of business! Finally, take time to think ahead for next year and set your goals; personal, financial, professional, etc. Where do you see yourself next year? What are your financial goals and how do you plan to get there? (refer to last week's Newsletter!). What new knowledge do you want to attain?, etc. These are questions not to be taken lightly. Well accomplished people will tell that they got to where they are thanks to goal setting. So take time to be thankful for all the blessings and good thing you have enjoyed and set your goals. Put it in writing so that at the end of next year you can review, evaluate and continue with your master plan. I want to thank you all for your support, comments, emails and calls. It has been a great year and I am confident next year will be even better! I wish you all happy holidays, lots of heath, happiness and wealth in the coming year! Daniel Katz
