What else can I do to Promote My Listing?

At some point in our Realtors life we have been there...We got the listing, took some good picture (hopefully using a professional photographer), uploaded the listing onto the MLS by completing all required fields (and some additional ones!),updated our social media with the new listing, etc. etc etc. Now a couple of weeks maybe a month has gone by and the amount of showings decreases and it feels like the momentum we started with is drifting away. The property owner starts getting concerned and pressures you for results; after all "it is s Sellers market" as we stated on our listing presentation. So what can we do to boost our marketing efforts? Here are a couple of ideas!
