Dress to Impress!

Let's pause for a minute and ask ourselves. How would I dress up if I was going to a date? How would I look if I was going to a job interview? (BTW listing appointments count as a job interview!!!). What would I do before attending my 20something High School Anniversary reunion? I think we all get where this is going...First impressions DO count! So, if we do all these to make a good first impression; what is the difference when we market our listings? The answer is... There is no difference!!!So, let's treat our listings as if they were us before going to Prom night.So here are the similarities...

Finally, the first picture we upload on our listing is the one that will be displayed in the many websites where our listing is "shared" (i.e. Realtor.com, Trulia.com, etc.), so let's make sure we chose wisely to make a lasting great first impression!
